Please pay attention to grass height and edging as well as weeds in and around flower beds. Refreshing the mulch or pine straw is a way to reduce weeds and enhance the curb appeal. BASKETBALL HOOPS
Portable basketball hoops are permitted only when in use. When not in use, the basketball goal must be put in the garage or behind the home out of view. Permanent basketball hoops need approval prior to install but will be considered on a case-by-case basis as long as the goal is not in direct view from the street
TRASH/RECYCLING BINS
Trash, garbage, or other waste shall be kept in sanitary containers and, except during pickup periods, must be kept inside the garage, behind the home, screened behind HVAC unit, or in an enclosed or fenced area. Trash receptacles/recycling bins shall not be placed on the street until 5:00pm the day before the date of pickup. All empty containers must be removed from the curb by 9:00am the day following pickup.
