2023 Board Election Results
In a demonstration of active community engagement, the residents of The Oaks at Cane Bay have spoken, electing their representatives for the 2023 Oaks Homeowners Association (HOA) Board. The results, announced recently, signify a blend of continuity and fresh perspectives as the community moves forward in enhancing their living environment.
Incumbent Cullen Kavanagh secured a successful re-election bid, bolstering the existing foundation of knowledge and experience within the board. Joining Kavanagh are newly elected board members Kevin Cassaday and Dana Price, each bringing unique insights and a fresh outlook to the table.
The excitement surrounding the new board members is palpable throughout the community, as residents anticipate the positive changes and improvements that this diversified leadership will undoubtedly spur. The Oak’s HOA is at a pivotal moment, poised for progress, and these newly elected individuals are integral in steering the community towards a brighter future.
However, the importance of community involvement and active participation in HOA matters cannot be overstated. The election results emphasize that the voice of every resident matters and should be heard in the decision-making processes shaping the community.
Residents are encouraged to take an active role by attending meetings, providing input, and casting their votes on HOA matters. True change and progress can only occur when the community is united, engaged, and actively participating in the governance of their neighborhood.
All feedback, suggestions, and ideas from the residents are greatly valued and welcomed. The Oaks HOA encourages community members to share their thoughts and opinions by reaching out to the board via email at board@theoaksatcanebay.com.
