Oaks Annual Meeting Recap

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to each and every one of you who joined us for our annual Homeowners Association (HOA) meeting on October 4th. Your attendance made the event a tremendous success, enabling us to showcase our achievements and shed light on our promising future projects.

During this gathering, we had the privilege of introducing the six remarkable candidates vying for positions on the HOA Board:

1. Kevin Cassady – 108 Oregon White Oak Court
2. Charity Ferreira – 433 Northern Red Oak Drive – Incumbent
3. Cullen Kavanagh – 411 Northern Red Oak Drive – Incumbent
4. James Mace – 330 Beachgrass Lane
5. Dana Price – 202 Buttercup Lane
6. Bryan Taylor – 223 Basket Grass Lane – Incumbent

Their dedication and commitment to our community were evident as they shared their visions and plans for enhancing the Oaks community further.

Additionally, we were honored to have our esteemed HOA attorney, Ian Ford, present at the meeting. Mr. Ford addressed any concerns regarding ongoing legal matters, particularly with our former builder, Beazer, and clarified various HOA legalities. His expertise and insights were invaluable to us all.
