Join The Oaks Neighborhood Watch Program
We are excited to announce that we are launching a neighborhood watch program at The Oaks, inspired by our recent community meeting with the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO). The safety and security of our community is of paramount importance, and we believe that a proactive neighborhood watch program can make a significant difference in creating a safer environment for everyone.
During our meeting with the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO), we gained valuable insights and guidance on establishing a neighborhood watch program tailored to our community’s needs. We are grateful for their expertise and partnership in our efforts to enhance the safety and security of The Oaks.

Nick moved into the Oaks with his family in September of 2020. Nick works as a software engineer and indulges in a selection of hobbies including guitar playing, bourbon tasting and doing DIY electronics projects. He has a full house of 6 children on Basket Grass.
