Congratulations to Maria of 236 Basket Grass for winning May’s Yard of the Month award from the Oaks HOA! Maria’s dedication to maintaining a well-manicured flowerbed, complemented with beautiful palm trees and flowers, and neatly trimmed bushes has made her yard stand out in the community.
We would like to express our appreciation for Maria’s hard work and contribution to the aesthetic appeal of our neighborhood. Her efforts have added to the overall beauty of our community, and we hope her example will inspire others to follow suit.

Nick moved into the Oaks with his family in September of 2020. Nick works as a software engineer and indulges in a selection of hobbies including guitar playing, bourbon tasting and doing DIY electronics projects. He has a full house of 6 children on Basket Grass.
