April Yard of the Month
Congratulations to Linda Deweese at 307 Beachgrass Lane for winning April’s Yard of the Month (YotM) award from the Oaks Homeowners Association! Linda’s exceptional efforts in maintaining a beautiful and well-groomed yard have earned her this well-deserved recognition.
The Oaks HOA takes pride in recognizing and appreciating the hard work and dedication of its residents in maintaining their yards and contributing to the overall aesthetic appeal of the community. Linda’s yard stood out with its lush green lawn and neatly trimmed hedges, creating a picturesque landscape that enhances the beauty of our neighborhood.
As we move ahead into the year, we want to remind all residents that the Oaks HOA will be presenting the Yard of the Month award for each month. This is a great opportunity for all members of our community to showcase their gardening skills and beautify our neighborhood. Nick moved into the Oaks with his family in September of 2020. Nick works as a software engineer and indulges in a selection of hobbies including guitar playing, bourbon tasting and doing DIY electronics projects. He has a full house of 6 children on Basket Grass.
