Community Day: Pool Cleanup!
We cannot thank those of you that came out to help enough. The pool area looks great and we have completed 99% of the things that need to be done before opening day! Over the next week we’ll be doing all of the final touches to bring opening day prep to completion.
All deck surfaces in the pool area (including the restroom floors) have been cleaned and painted. The cabinets have been completely refinished. We have replaced the old ceiling fans with updated and more effective ones. The sink was dented and in disrepair so that was also replaced. Concrete repairs around the pool entry were made. Light fixtures and vents were cleaned and painted. Trash cans were installed in the playground and basketball area. Of course this is by no means a comprehensive list, just some of the highlights.

Nick moved into the Oaks with his family in September of 2020. Nick works as a software engineer and indulges in a selection of hobbies including guitar playing, bourbon tasting and doing DIY electronics projects. He has a full house of 6 children on Basket Grass.
